We are now at summer #3 with our Alpha Pools USA Inc pool. First of all Billy & Joel provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. The design process was seamless, and their state of the art renderings let me see my vision on paper. Their timelines were spot on, and we got a custom pool in what seemed like a blink of an eye. What prompted me to give my review today was the level of care we were given on needing a repair, an electrical issue with our lighting needed serious attention. It has been an amazing experience working with Billy, Joel and the crews! They kept their word, kept the budget, and were completely trustworthy! I would definitely recommend them to any of my family and friends!
