I should have gone here first. I could have avoided the several weeks delay I experienced at another store that submitted my prescription incorrectly, twice. Here, I got my glasses in 1 week, and for $60 less than the first store. Holly and Jaden are fantastic! They are friendly, helpful, very professional and efficient. They double-checked each other's measurements for my glasses, and I had confidence that their work would be perfect, and it was. Thank you for all your help, Holly and Jaden!

Staunton optometrist Dr. Karen Schmidt is fantastic on so many levels! The minute you walk in, you're greeted with an authentically warm, enthusiastic welcome. Dr. Schmidt is very professional, with years of experience (a Walmart employee told me 19 years) and she's a font of knowledge - so do ask her questions! What makes Dr. Schmidt really stand out is her genuine enthusiasm for her job and the one-on-one attention she gives to her clients. I have purchased eyeglasses here twice, most recently last August. Last Friday (4/23), my frames snapped in two. I called Trish (the optician) and she looked up my account, found a pair of identical frames in the store. She invited me to stop by, and 10 minutes after arriving, I walked out with a new pair of frames. She also said she would take care of all of the paperwork. Thank you, Trish!!! Highly recommended! Great service!
