    There’s a reason these guys have been in business for 20 years – excellent front desk service from the business side. Excellent customer service from the tech. I work as an IT program manager and have seen plenty of good and bad technicians. Great service. Keep it up!

    I'm a network engineer who got stuck out of town with a Mac that needed some help. I called these people, and I have to say from the very start, my call was handled professionally and courteously. I asked to speak to the tech who would be helping me (because I'm particular like that), and sure enough, he called! That alone is a rare event these days.     OUTSTANDING customer service and technical knowledge! Chris S. at John's worked diligently with us to get my daughter's still-under-warranty Dell laptop repaired... acted as an advocate for us with Dell when their own customer service was less than stellar ?... and when they never did come thru, Chris and John's stepped in, did the repair that should've been done by Dell, worked with Dell to still honor our warranty, AND charged only a VERY reasonable amount for all their attention, advocacy, and work! John's and Chris are THE BEST!
