Francisco with Dave Brooks Electric did a few things for me this week. He fixed a ceiling fan (that I was told could not be fixed)! Also installed an outside motion light and a new switch in my bathroom. This young man did a fabulous job! He was so courteous, and cleaned up everything before leaving. He is a real asset to Brooks Electric.
Dave and his staff are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. Dave himself, takes the time to educate his clients a bit which makes it easier to understand what is being done and why. It made us feel like we were making an informed decision on which projects to move forward with. They do high quality work at reasonable prices. I highly recommend.
tl;dr Customer for life
Dave and his team are fantastic. Their work is solid and they go above and beyond to help get things done and done right. The only time I've ever had even a minor issue, they've been on top of making things right. Dave and his team are sold, trustworthy, and dependable.
I say this as someone that's had a fair bit of unusual work done in my home. This includes a 16kVA UPS install, a number of panels (both subs and main), power usage monitoring, home automation, more wiring and receptacles than I can shake a stick at, and an in-progress, rather large full home generator.
