Julie cuts with care, precision, and talent. She’s an artist. She serious but chill, doesn’t talk a lot, just focuses and does her work in a calm, tidy, old space with a cool pup. You feel your hair being done right. It’s hard to describe. I hate driving and I-81 but for six years I been driving an hour for her haircuts. I sometimes go months without a visit, and the cuts grow in so well.Service: Scissor cut

I've been going there for like 4 years now. She is the best haircut I've been able to find anywhere. I've been to many of the top name places all over the area. They arent her. Trust me shes the best
