First time working with All-Temp and while the diagnosis could have been less severe (my boiler's fault); the service could not have been better. Have professionally been in customer service for 50 years and this organization exemplifies the "excellent" in... excellent customer service...at least with respect to my situation. Courteous, responsive, professional with excellent follow-up. The technician Austin was an appropriate face for this company as he was extremely professional and attentive to the problem at hand and always left his work area cleaner than when he arrived. He even managed to get along with our dog...who does not get along with anyone. His perseverance in addressing the needs of my heating system dilemma must be commended. All said; and based off of "my" experience, I have no problem recommending this organization to assist you in controlling your climate.
