Jim did a great job for me. He was there waiting for me, when I arrived. Which made a good first impression. Very friendly, and took time to explain things to me in layman terms. He didn't mind me observing him while he did the inspection. He is very detail oriented and knowledgeable about home construction, codes, and all the intricacies involved in a detailed inspection. He also did a radon test for me. His report was very detailed with photos. It was very easy to read and understand. I know that a home inspection isn't required or cheap, but hiring JBIS gave me peace of mind and a list of things for me to be mindful of and repair as I see fit.
