My property management company recommended another pest control company for a move out service, however they company never picked up the phone or returned my calls. I googled a business close to me and Jerome picked the phone up immediately. Because he was driving he asked me to text him my info. so he could get me on the schedule. I had to message him a few times to ask a few questions and he was very professional, answering all of my questions. The technician (I believe his name was Justin) was prompt. He was thorough in his explanation of what was going to be done. Could not be more satisfied with their service.
I have been very pleased with Viewpoint Pest Management since I began using their services. They come out every three months to check for pests. Upon this current visit, Justin found a wasp nest inside the outdoor light on the patio. Justin treated the area on today's service. I recommend this company to anyone looking for home treatment plans.
Jerome arrived promptly and quickly eliminated the bald-faced hornets and nest. He gave clear instruction about what to expect for 48 hours after.
