Roy promptly addressed our water issues, which arose from recent changes we made, by conducting multiple water tests, offering recommendations, and effectively resolving the problems. Having relocated to this area only a few years ago, we've found it challenging to find reliable service companies that prioritize customer needs over profit and unnecessary upselling. Pristine Water is a notable exception, and I strongly recommend them for their excellent service. We will definitely engage their services for any future needs.

Pristine is a great option for water filtration… The associate/representative was extremely knowledgeable about water quality and the chemicals that are found in our water system. If you are looking for solutions for your water quality Pristine water filtration is the best way to go!
