I had an excellent experience at the Kaiser lab. There was zero wait time, and I needed to provide four vials of blood. The lab technician, Elizabeth M., was incredibly professional and skilled—she found my notoriously difficult vein on the first attempt!

I did get lightheaded during the process, and Elizabeth went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. She had me recline in the chair, provided an ice pack, and even offered to get a nurse to check on me. Her attentiveness and care were greatly appreciated, and I felt much better after a few minutes.

This was a standout experience, and I’m thankful for the kind and professional care I received.
