The first time I visited this location I didn’t have the experience I expected - I booked a Swedish relaxation massage and what I received was more of a sports/muscle therapy massage - the masseuse even told me that my spine was curved and I should have that checked out. Let’s just say it was not very relaxing. When I left this information in a review, the manager immediately called me to discuss my experience and asked me to come in for a repeat service with a different masseuse at no cost. I was very impressed with the second experience and the attention given to ensure what I received was what I booked.

I been in alot of pain from hard labor at work, and the massage I got first, then a couple weeks later got the stretch done. Both were medicinal care that my body was in desperate need of!

I love Massage Envy Stafford. All staffs are very knowledgeable and they have years of experience. The management are very polite & professional. We are lucky ? to have Massage envy in Stafford. Also, I really recommend facial as well. My skin looks much better every time when I had facial.
