I went there to get my yearly physical done. I gave them my new insurance card and and they mistakenly sent my blood work to a lab that was out of network to my insurance with the wrong insurance information that I provided them. When I confronted them about this mistake, the staff and the physician refuse to take accountability and now I'm receiving the bill from that lab when it should have been covered by my insurance. Avoid this practice, they don't take accountability for their mistakes and actively avoid you when they done wrong.

The Reception is a total jerk. She just ignore and does not want to answer you. The management needs to pay a serious attention.

I'd give a 0 if I could. Awful experience on July 27th and have yet to have my concerns addressed. I waited over an hour to see the new nurse practitioner and ended up having to leave without being seen for another appointment and could not wait any longer. I Requested a call that day after requesting my records. Still no phone call to date. Doctor was out of the country on vacation. Called today to follow up. No office manager and their billing person is only available a coupke times per week. Never had an issue while NP Grillo was there. Icing on the cake is that as i filled out my records request, a staff member commented on the fact that they had been receiving a lot of records requests. I don't know what's going on at this practice, but it seems that maybe they need to be reported and investigated because the standard of care and concern seems to be non-existent. It took 10 minutes after I walked out of the room to speak with someone at the front desk and complete my form and not a single person came looking for me...the missing patient...and they had taken my vitals and checked me in. I will ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend this place to anyone. I was beyond patient even in my follow up call today. Seems the staff may see the writing on the wall, but perhaps this place needs to be shut down. Running over an hour behind for a practitioner that is not a surgeon is beyond unacceptable. The lack of co cern to call me given the list of medical concerns I shared during check in is shameful. I'll definitely be reporting this to my insurance company as well.

I have had Dr Awadh as my doctor for basically my whole life since my mom used to work for her for years. She’s great. However, ever since my mom left, the office has been horrible. You can’t ever get an appointment at a reasonable time, you can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I’ve called the past 3 days they say they are open online to get an appointment and get the answering service when they are supposed to be open. Looks like I will be on the hunt for a new office, sadly.Updated to add that I made any appointment that took THREE WEEKS to get in, my appointment was over 2 hours ago on telehealth and I still have not been seen even after calling the office multiple times. Unacceptable. Last appointment I will ever make. Would give zero stars if possible.

The Dr is awesome however the staff at the front desk is horrible. We walked in to see if we could make an appointment or be seen today. The answer we received amounted to all the rooms are full and I can't give you an appointment for the future because...... Just because... Nothing was down ... She didn't bother to check the system nothing. She refused to be of any assistance. She needs retraining.
