I usually bring my 2 year old son to get his haircuts here because we always have had a good experience with the male barbers-they are so patient with him because he is difficult and cries. So i already know going in what to do to make their job easier. Well i had an appt set up with a guy named Alex and when i arrived, this older woman said she was going to do it… this immediately was a red flag for me because i was kinda nervous how she would do it. Well she was AWFUL. To start off, she didn’t put an apron around my son or I she just started cutting and got hair all over us. Of course my son is crying he’s having a horrible experience bc she is not patient at all and he’s itchy. Mid appointment she stops and talks to somebody on the phone and says in Spanish “oh I wanted to leave right now but I have to stay to do this cut” acting like we are an inconvenience!! We clearly made this appt in advance and it was early-they had just opened! At one point i just told her to stop cutting the hair because she was doing an awful job and just treating my son like the worst client saying “Que barbaridad” “no te estoy haciendo nada” all these comments instead of using other methods to cut his hair like using scissors instead of the clippers?? You can tell she has no skills with cutting children’s hair… what made this worse was I told her we were going to a wedding and my son was going to be photographed-very much implying to her we need this haircut to be good! That lady did not care one bit. I won’t be back to this place because of her!!! And she also cut my sons ear!

dont get your hair cus by the guy in the second chair i had long hair and now its very short i hope that guy get fired and never goes back

The staff is nice... Carmen usually serves me very kindly but the prices are much higher than elsewhere... E.g. Mani&pedi for $100
I still think that the services are quite expensive.

My appointment was at 10 and I cam at 10:04 they gave my spot away and told me not until 11 and didn't tell me after arriving 20 mins angel is not a professional at all very versatile disappointed in there services

I have never entered, I have only gone to buy at the Emmanuel bakery but from the outside the room gives a very nice expectation, very organized, everything is excellent

When I arrived I was ignored by the 4 barbers who had one person each after them. He finished the first one and sat down to look at his phone. I waited 20 minutes and no one came. Stop, they feel very important and they only attend to you if you make an appointment. I do not plan to return to this place and I do not recommend it and I have sought their services a few times and it is the same, everyone is always Hispanic in the place and it seems like they forgot where we come from, they have zero humility.??
