I went in and asked for gel polish with my pedicure as I had done two weeks ago. I get close to done and feel the nail tech putting the toe separator on and repeated I had asked for gel. The lady says she knows and next time she’ll do gel. Just flat out says I put regular paint. She made no efforts to do what I came in and asked for.and I repeated again, but I wanted and asked for gel. I was ignored and sat down to start my manicure ,it was very weird. I don’t want to come in and get whatever service they want to give me that day. So for that I’ll be finding a new place. Unacceptable.
I never leave reviews, but for this salon I had to! I only left a four star review because I believe one and five stars are outliers, but I would have left a 0 ⭐ review if I could. The management is the most incompetent group of people I ever encountered. I wish the problems ended there, but they didn’t, the nail techs that’s work there might be visually impaired. They couldn’t paint “inside the lines” and the nails chipped and cracked days after. I would suggest this nail salon if you are someone who loves to come in with high expectations and leave highly disappointed!!
I love coming here for my pedicure and manicures! They do a very natural looking acrylic, and even better dip than I have ever had anywhere else. For the first time in I cant even recall amount of years, my actual nails are growing and becoming healthy again. Thanks so much to the crew at Hands to Hold.
