Wonderful Doctor!!! Dr Elizabeth Allen (she’s gone now)…. The system of response needs more work … 48 hours to return calls….48 hours to receive refills … I like the medical asst tele line …. It’ll be a couple of days to get returns … With my doctor, she answered the HEALOW texts, which was very helpful (not all do that) … there is no way to get prompt response, even if the doc asks you to get back with her!!!

I was looking for a new PCP and was told nothing but great things about Dr. Allan from a friend. I've only seen her a handful of times since the beginning of the year, and only have great things to say about her and her Medical Assistant Latisha.
Dr. Allan has never rushed me during my appt and always makes me feel welcomed. During her exam she is very thorough, she listens to all my concerns and addresses everything. If I call in or send a message on the patient portal, shes quick to respond and easy to get an appt with. She has really made an impact on my health for the better, and I'm extremely grateful for her.

I have seen 3 different providers who were all great! Unfortunately the receptionists who answer the phones do a disservice to the great providers. I almost didn’t return because of the way I was talked to over the phone.
