Everyone I have dealt with here has been nothing but kind. Dr.Kennedy is compassionate, but blunt and I appreciate that greatly. I trust that she has my pets best interests at heart. I have taken two cats and my elderly dog here for over a year and have always felt I got fair treatment and that cost was appropriate for the service given. Highly recommend.
We have been clients of AGAH since we moved to Stafford almost 20 years ago. We have always received great service and our dogs have received great care. Dr. Kennedy, Dr. Minnich, and Dr. Guth are very thorough, kind, and caring. The front desk and vet assistant personnel are great too. I would not take my dogs to any other vet in this area.
Entered the office and asked if we could look up my account by last name. The receptionist responded, "It is more efficient using your phone number, {pause} don't know your own phone number?" This pushed me over the edge and I raised my voice. Gave her my phone number (knowing it is not in their system). When she looked it up she realized the number that I know so well is not in their system and the receptionist asked for my name. Keeping my voice raised it was provided.
