I am in NC. They responded to my AHS call. I can't speak for everyone else, but my experience was fantastic. They fixed my furnace the same day, but beyond that, one of the techs so happen to smell a hint of gas by my gas meter, I called the gas company and sure enough, I had a small leak at a coupling on my meter that has probably being going on for sometime without my knowledge! I am so thankful I called, I may have averted a potential disaster. I highly recommend this company in NC. And I am glad AHS has them for a contractor.

I put in a ticket with our home warranty company after our HVAC unit stopped working in the Summer heat. A Advanced Home Services was assigned, and despite being his 15th customer of the day, Joey came out and fixed my unit late at night with a flashlight. He was extremely kind, professional, and patient, despite it having been a very long day. His priority was to ensure we were up and running again as soon as possible, and he made it happen. I would definitely recommend A Advanced Home Services for HVAC repair.

We’ve had a heat wave the last few weeks with temperatures reaching 100 degrees, but I’m happy to say I haven’t noticed. My AC works so well that my family has been walking around the house in hoodies, long sleeves, and light jackets. A-Advanced has been a major blessing, and I’d recommend them to anyone. Both their sales and service teams excel at taking care of customers. They are highly professional and provide follow-ups to ensure our system runs smoothly.
