One technician went above and beyond by finding the reason the air-conditioning was not working and repairing it, even going into a tight crawl space under the house. Nobody wants to buy a new HVAC unit- but if you have to replace your system, Hector from United Air Temp was patient and responsive with our (many) questions throughout the process.
