Vit Miska, the VP from TLC Construction worked with us. He did an outstanding job! He gave us suggestions for our kitchen remodel, which we had never thought of and we absolutely love the way it turned out! It really opened up the kitchen to eating area & family room and he gave me added storage space by suggesting much better placement of cabinets. I was hesitant to make changes but so glad that we took the advice of this experienced builder.The cabinet installer and Carpenter that Vit sent out was a perfectionist and we saw the extra effort he put thru to get everything just right. TLC renovated my daughters' bathroom two years ago and completed our laundry room last month. Both of the jobs reflect the highest standards of workmanship and attention to detail. The workers from TLC are awesome and we trust them to continue any effort if we are home or not. You pay for a quality job and you get it! We are planning our next project with them now.
Don't rent from this guy. But if you must ensure you have rights as a tenant and read your contract thoroughly. He will try to circumvent the law by taking your rights as a renter away if you allow him. He's a wolf in sheeps clothing.
