Matt and Total Cleaning Service did a 5 star job cleaning our house after we moved out. A 3500 sq foot 4 floor townhouse.

Matthew was amazing, very kind and understanding of my sense of urgency and did a stellar job at cleaning our apartment carpet that was in really bad condition with lots of fur and pet stains. Absolutely recommended!!

Great communication. Squeezed us in on short notice at a time that worked for our busy family. Super prompt arrival. Matthew was very friendly and pleasant. Efficient work completed within estimated timeframe. I thought the pricing was very reasonable. We have dogs and small children. They used a pretreatment to help clean the dander and a few accident spots. Carpets look amazing. The technician showed us what he was lifting out of our carpets . So glad my kids are playing on a cleaner surface now. Highly recommend. I will happily use this company again.
