The care I have received at Jackson Clinics Springfield has always been excellent. This round was for pelvic floor issues. I was very nervous about the PT, given the very personal nature of the problem, but my therapist made me feel at ease and very comfortable throughout the care. My PT was always in a private room and the follow-up exercises were supervised and tailored to my ability. My primary therapist, Abby, was excellent and I recommend Jackson Clinics for PT.
I have used Jackson Clinic for physical therapy for several orthopedic rehabs over recent years. Everyone there is so supportive, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Special thanks to Sarah Holst and Colin Wakeman for their kind care and expertise.
My therapist, Karen, was excellent and I was really gratified to know that Jackson clinic now has a lymphedema physical therapist on staff. I do have lymphedema in both my legs and that condition is causing issues with my recuperation from my total knee replacement. So Kathy, the lymphedema physical therapist, will be working together with Karen as we go through the healing process. Karen answered all my questions and was able to form an accurate understanding of my numerous interconnected medical conditions and was able to put together a realistic and hopeful plan to move forward towards total recovery.
