I have been coming to the Jackson Clinics, Springfield for several years now and just want everyone to know how amazing the team is there. My physical therapist Sarah Holst is the best. The last time I visited her was for my wrists. She really takes the time to listen and help you understand the importance of exercising after therapy. She has also worked on my left knee and helped me strengthen it as well. Because of the physical therapy and subsequent strength training that I was prepared for my left knee total replacement surgery. Alayna was amazing and so helpful! She found my problem and what I needed to fix it better than anyone else. I’ve been to chiropractor and PT before but this time, she really saw what was missing and helped me how I needed it. So grateful!
Best physical therapy experience ever! Coming in the first day in early June until I finished my treatment in mid August, the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. While receiving treatment I worked with some amazing people - Renae, Leila, Lindsay, and Brenna. During the 30 minutes with the PT, they checked in with me to see how I was progressing, listened to/answered my questions, and provided great encouragement in my journey to healing. The rest of my appointment time was spent with my exercise specialist who helped me continue to work on different stretches and exercises.
