Last Thursday, I was informed that I was to be furloughed, and that the next day, my dental benefits would end at noon. Distraught, I called Springfield Dental Group minutes before they closed, as I had my six month cleaning scheduled for the following week. I explained the situation to Alfredo, who very compassionately put me on a hold to figure out what they could do for me. He got back on and told me they were able to squeeze me in during a fully booked day. I just wanted to give my gratitude especially to Alfredo, as he stayed late to work with me and made a horrible day just a little bit brighter. I recently visited Springfield Dental Group and had the pleasure of dealing with Alfredo, the office manager. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting to be so impressed by the experience, but Alfredo made it really easy. He’s down-to-earth, approachable, and just had a way of making me feel totally at ease the moment I walked in. He answered all my questions without making me feel rushed and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was comfortable. It’s refreshing to find someone who’s not only professional but actually makes the whole process feel a lot less intimidating. Always enjoy my time here. From the start of coming in and being helped by Alfredo/Lakita to the whole cleaning process. Love my RDH Afraa, she was so careful and gave me very good educational tips. Along with my ortho Dr.Mojarrad. They all handle care with so much patience.
