“Natasha and her staff provide a great environment and atmosphere for people to get tattoos and piercings. Schedule a consult talk over your idea, send them some photos to provide a reference and they will work with you to see your vision come to life as art work on your body. This shop is conveniently located in Springfield near the mall. Natasha created a whole sleeve tattoo for me over 2 visits. In February I went for the first time to get tattoo’ed and got some trees on my forearm. I’m from Montana/Colorado and used to cross country ski with my dad every weekend growing up in the winter. Sometimes we would even go at night when there was a full moon. Hiking and just being in the mountains is a great experience for me and I love how this tattoo turned out! Already thinking about what to get next. Thanks Natasha for suggesting the waterfall!!“

“I love my brows. I have gotten them done around 2 years ago and people still cant believe they are not mines. She hit me up for an touch up which I didn't really need because my brows held up so well, I really just got my brows retouched just for precaution. but as always she did a great job, great spirit and always professional. “Julia the owner is outstanding both with her technique and customer service and is an expert and true professional. I cannot say enough good things about her. I got my Botox and sculpture done and she did it with minimal discomfort. However, the original injector who I was assigned to, Sally was RUDE, condescending, CRUEL to put it bluntly. She refused to give me topical numbing to make me comfortable and I finally HAD it when she refused to give an ice pack and a stress ball. I think she is mentally imbalanced the way she talked and argued with me. I had my service dog with me and sally was also mean and irritated with my dog and asked me to leave my poor baby in the car which I obliged. She also accused me of lying when I told her I had seen Julia before and she gave me all three to make me comfortable. She started questioning when was that? She claimed NOBODY in this area gives those three items to make the patient comfortable. I have NEVER had this kind of cruel, callous, rude treatment from a medical care provider not to mention she is mean to animals. I hope aura Medspa doesn’t let her do any more injectables. I finally put my foot down and asked for Julia. And was relieved ? to see Julia who is OUTSTANDING and finished the job. I brought my dog before with Julia who was nothing but, sweet to him.“
