We wanted to express our gratitude for Millennium's outstanding customer service. We recently had a partial renovation, and a company representative agreed that the work was not up to their high standard of quality workmanship. He agreed to resolve all our issues with the pool. It's very gratifying to find a true professional who cares aboutboth their customers and their company's reputation. We would recommend Millennium Pools without hesitation.
I'm writing a review for my pool service guy Abel and the great work he does for our pool each week. He is very conscious of his job, respectful and leaves the pool better than when he arrived. We had some equipment challenges earlier in the season but between Abel and the Service/Repair staff we got it done and the pool has been beautiful all summer long. Thank you!
We recently had Millennium Pools repair our gunite pool, which had developed a large hole and a crack in the plaster just five years after being resurfaced by another company. From start to finish, our experience with Millennium Pools was exceptional. They were prompt, polite, and provided detailed information and estimates. We were assigned a project manager who kept us informed about schedules and the repair process. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would and completed the work beautifully. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Millennium Pools for their professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service.
