Millenium Home Improvements has been doing work for me for over 20 years on 3 different homes and a commercial mixed use property we owned in Old Town, Alexandria. Their work has always been exemplary. They have consistently been on time and on budget. They have stood by the quality of their work 100%. Dan Ramirez, the owner, has my unreserved recommendation and will soon be doing additional renovations on our new home.

Dan and Millennium Home Renovations did fantastic work on our near 100 year old farmhouse. We had a side porch and balcony that was rotting away to the point we were afraid to let the kids on there. Dan was able to repair the rot, enclose the side porch while still allowing us to keep the balcony above by installing a roofing membrane to prevent rain from coming in to the enclosed room below.

Dan and his crew were wonderful. They worked carefully and cleanly. They were communicative and were able to adjust or change things as they came up without issue. Whenever we wanted to change something, Dan accommodated us.

They are excellent at what they do. Definitely very experienced and with an outstanding customer service, knowledge of product and how to. Now the place looks like out of a magazine. Love it!
