We recently joined the LBE family and have been so impressed by the care of the entire team. They truly care about the kids in all aspects - mind, heart, and body. It is wonderful to see our daughter smiling throughout class. Can't wait to see how she grows!

Our favorite part of living in Springfield is the community we found at Lead By Example. Our two kids have been going to this family-run business for classes and camp for almost two years and the staff are all so great. Definitely the best place around!

Phenomenal party! All the staff were approachable, helpful, and prepared. All kids felt safe, included, and had fun learning techniques and playing fun games. All staff had great behavior management, engaging activities, and even involved the parents in on the fun (if they wanted to participate).
I recommend having a party here, my kiddo said it was the best birthday ever!
