I have come to expect excellent service, quality products and great results from Hadeed. They have never disappointed. They've cleaned multiple rugs and prepared them for long-term storage; they've repaired damage expertly; and they've picked up and delivered with a crew of friendly, capable employees. When I had a question, they've responded immediately. Their costs are transparent and reasonable.

True professionals from top down. Easy and clear communication. They set appointments for pick up and drop off, were precise with pricing and options for services, and kept me informed all the way. My rug looks great and all doors and stains are gone. There is no perfumy detergent smell, either.
