Been going here since I was 15, I am currently 21 and they have just been getting so sloppy and careless. Last month I went in and it was decent, the lady managed to cut my left eyebrow with the string (not sure how that’s possible) and it hurt very bad she didn’t apologize nor did she even tell me until she handed me the mirror. Went in today trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and that was my mistake. Spent all month growing them out (my eyebrows grow fast) and told her just a clean up. She proceeds to make my left eyebrows extremely skinny and barely touched my right brow. Not to mention she didn’t clean up the top left eyebrow nor the unibrow spot....read full review

It's always hit or miss at this location. They don't have consistent people so sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not. Today was one of the bad days. I am beyond frustrated with the shape the lady left my eyebrows in. I had grown them out to get a beautiful shape and now my eyebrows look uneven and the shape is terrible. I'm so upset I could cry... eyebrows make such a difference in your face and I'm unhappy with the service.

The best of the best. Unfortunately they closed the Manassas Mall location so I now travel to the two other locations which are a good 30-45 min ride. However, they are that amazing that it makes it worth it! No pain, clean eye brow lines, doesn’t take off too much or little, just overall beautiful work. My favorite eyebrow place I’ve ever been too!
