They were amazing. I’m a believer now and finished with my “usual” previous big company. The quote with the other guy was 3x EverCool’s and quite ridiculous. I said thanks but no thanks, and called EverCool as a potential first time customer. They were very responsive, very professional, and best was that it was actually affordable and done the next day! Our tech was Bailey and highly recommend you all switch over to these guys over that other one.
We've had an issue with our air conditioning since last week. We called for help last night, and a technician came this morning. After checking the system for about 20 minutes, he identified the issue quickly and accurately. He found the problem with the fuse and replaced it; that was the only charge he made. Unlike what we experienced with a big-name HVAC company around here, there was no overcharging. Actually, it was the company my colleague recommended, and I am happy to recommend it to others. I really appreciate that they came quickly and fixed the issue right away for a reasonable charge.
I've been using EverCool for the past 5 years, and always been happy with their service. Their techs are knowledgeable, and honest, and their prices are very competitive. Just had them do a complete HVAC replacement - got several estimates and theirs was far lower. They came in and took care of everything in one day. Highly recommend.
