I called several companies for estimates. A week after calling ACS regarding a sinking sidewalk and cavity under the stoop, their crew was at our front door working on lifting the sidewalk backfilling the void under the stoop. After a few hours, the sidewalk looked as good as new. They even filled a small gap and blended the drilled holes so you couldn’t tell they were there. Some of the material they used to create the foam, splattered the white siding around sidewalk. By the time I saw it, it had already dried and despite some scrubbing, it wasn’t coming off. Tyler and his foam crew are really good structural analysts that know the strengths and limitations of their foam. It is neat to watch the concrete slab move vertically as the foam expands, but it needs to be done at just the right place to get the proper outcome. If your walk or driveway is just starting to crack, get them out quickly so a little problem doesn’t grow (like mine did). Their treatment is much cheaper than a new driveway!
