Walter/ABBA updated and upgraded my condo's HVAC and hot water systems. He presented alternatives and options, with his recommendations. He was willing to coordinate my project with another project in the building, which generated some savings. He had to deal with a difficult building manager and he did so without complaint. The work was done very quickly once the contract was signed, in a manner which generated no issues with my tenant. The only disappointment was a paperwork issue - I had to work to get the manufacturer's written warranty to leave with the unit (a component system - a thermostat). Great service guaranteed! Have had the Abba team doing all my routine maintenance on our commercial cooling and heating equipment which has maintained us issue free and operational specially through the brutal heat waves. Walter and team are very responsive and have great communication to assure their maintenance does not impede our operations. Would definitely recommend.

Had an issue with our showroom heat pump where it was leaking water and not cooling. These guys took care of everything and got us up and running. Excellent service, and fast response times!
