Cairn and her crew did such a great job. First off, Cairn was quick getting back to me with a tentative quote and answered every question I had along the way. I initially reached out via phone and was asked to send an email with pictures/description of what kind of survey we were looking for. Once I sent that over to her, she responded within the next day! Called and asked for a survey/Plat of a home we just bought. Price seemed reasonable and they day I was going to call to ask when they could do it (I had forgotten to ask), they actually showed up and started work. They didn't ask for a deposit and said they would email an invoice. Very fast and efficient. They emailed the Plat and today I got 4 large copies in the mail. Very satisfied!
Fast, efficient, and fair. Gary and Andrea make up the husband and wife team who know their stuff and really know how to get it done. They'll be there and gone before you know it, at least until you notice the little pink flags at your corners! :) Then in a few weeks you'll get the email and snail mail with copies of your drawings.
