Ran by the sweetest people— all the staff are so nice! We use it for their gym equipment, and they have a decent selection for such a small town— plus it’s the only one nearby for miles. Love the atmosphere, definitely recommend :)
For years, I heard people all over Rappahannock County sing Nicole's praises for helping them save money on their insurance. I had been with the same company for my auto and homeowners insurance for more than 15 years, but my rates kept climbing while the customer service seemed to decline. I assumed insurance rates were rising just like the cost of everything else.
After procrastinating for about three years, I finally reached out to Nicole and Michell for a quote. I figured I might save a little money, and based on everyone else's experiences, I knew they would provide far better customer service than the agent I had, who had essentially ghosted me.

They took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and make switching insurance simple and stress-free. Within in a few days of my initial email requesting a quote, everything was switched over to Farm Bureau and I was all set to save several thousands of dollars a year.
What makes the experience even better is that they genuinely care about our community and consistently give back. It's wonderful to work with people who not only take great care of their customers and are amazing at what they do but also invest in the place they call home.

Cairn and her crew did such a great job. First off, Cairn was quick getting back to me with a tentative quote and answered every question I had along the way. I initially reached out via phone and was asked to send an email with pictures/description of what kind of survey we were looking for. Once I sent that over to her, she responded within the next day! Being completely new home owners, we didn’t exactly know where to start, but Cairn helped us every step of the way! I told her the issues we were encountering and she made fantastic recommendations. They were able to come do our survey a few days after I initially reached out! Talk about prompt service and excellent customer service! Price was MUCH cheaper than other companies in our area and I appreciated all the transparency. We also had great conversations while their crew was doing what they do! Such a sweet lady that gets the work DONE! Hard workers are few and far between nowadays, but Cairn and her team truly go the extra mile! Thanks, Cairn!
