An excellent experience! Everyone was friendly and wait was minimal. I was so impressed by Brooke the nurse practitioner! She was pleasant, knowledgeable, listened and took the time to explain my back situation in a way I could understand. It is rare to encounter a medical professional with the people skills Brooke displayed. Thank you so much!

I've been here twice. Reception/check in ladies need more training in customer service (both face to face and on the phone). The staff inside were very cordial, caring and take their time in examining me as the patient. Patty Chapelle, NP impressed me during my examination. I prefer quality patient care and not a drive by care. I highly recommend Sentara Urgent Care! (Don't get too upset with the front desk attitude)
