Drew came out, diagnosed the issues, pointed out maintenance issues that we could handle on our own, fixed all the problems, filled up the coolant we needed, took a credit card for payment. Rogers was fast too, they received our request online, responded immediately the next morning and the tech was at our home that evening!!

The technician was courteous, informative, respectful, and very polite. There should be more people like that in the world today, Lonnie Cooke is an excellent technician and knows how to relate to his clients. He greeted me with a smile, and if I have to contact this organization again, I would prefer LONNIE COOKE.
