We had used Comfort Systems for normal maintenance, but they kept us from freezing before Thanksgiving. The heater went out, and they originally thought it would be the day before Thanksgiving before a part arrived. We were supposed to leave town Tuesday, but couldn't leave our pets to freeze, and were scared to leave them with space heaters. Comfort Systems managed to expedite the parts, and we were able to get home for Thanksgiving..
