Call KP and company to fix my cooling issue. Thought my thermostat was broken but in actuality the control wire between the thermostat and unit was severed by me getting too close with my gas trimmer. They came out the same day to diagnose my issue, and came back the next day to replace the thermostat and the control wire. In about 45 minutes they had my house temperature to a more comfortable temperature. 5 stars would definitely recommend!
