Dependable Heating & Air, Incorporated is a family owned and operated business with little overhead cost and over 25 years of experience. This allows them to provide quality work at reasonable prices. They are very professional and nice people. One customer had an AC unit that hadn't been working for a week, and two other people did nothing. Windy came and had it running in 5 minutes with no charge. Another customer reached out overnight and got an early morning response, even with snow falling. The technician showed up before noon, refused to charge anything, and didn’t try to sell a new system. He was honest and kind. The owner called back immediately and told the customer what to try, and it fixed the problem. They were on time and came out on Christmas Eve, and the customer had heat in an hour. They offer excellent service, and customers highly recommend this company.
