Went here for the first time today and it was great! First off, the booking was straight forward and easy (through the booksy app). The front desk staff member was friendly and courteous with us, and the waiting area was very serene.I went in for a foot reflexology session and got way more than I expected ( not a bad thing). I felt so relaxed and at ease with the massage, quiet surroundings, and low music. When the session was over I felt so relaxed and light, as if someone had pressed my reset button. I would definitely come back for another session in the future and can't believe it took me so long to check this place out! Would highly recommend

Bay Beauty Spa is an exceptional establishment that embodies friendliness, meticulousness, and professionalism in all aspects of their business. Although their pricing may be on the higher side, the quality of their services is worth every penny.The level of meticulousness and attention to detail in their skin care services was truly remarkable. From the use of high-quality products to the precision in their techniques, it was clear that the staff takes great pride in their work. I cannot recommend Bay Beauty Spa enough.

I LOVE coming here! I have been coming here for a while (why am I not a member? Lol). I love that I can walk in without an appointment. There have only been maybe two instances where I had to wait or schedule for a later time. I usually come for the 60 or 90 minute foot reflexology and body massage combo and it's a great value. Totally worth it. I've gotten massages by a few masseuse here and enjoyed them all. I've also gotten a massage by Henry a few times (including last night) and was reminded how awesome he is!
