I didn’t catch her name, but the girl with red hair and glasses worked extra hard cleaning my car and even hand picked and scraped off berries that were stuck to my car. Very sweet

I had heard this place is good but I didn't expect it to be great! Many car washes where you start off They don't really give you a pre-service. I like these washes only one that's available even to myself. They have a lot of pride and there was more than one that was washing the front and the back to make sure that I hadn't gone through the wash and had an unsatisfactory result.
I have some video clips of not only going through the wash but also after the fact. My car was fairly clean and I did have some bug guts left over. But far less than I usually have. The big area underneath the lower part of the car barely ever tends to get... read full review

Awesome service. The employees were obviously working hard with high volume sales. Very pleased with wait time regardless of the customer volume. Very polite and attentive employees. This is why we love Ultimate Shine in Salem, VA. Thank you all!
