Ali Ferrell rang our doorbell; then we exchanged greetings, and he told me what service he was going to perform. I mentioned two or three areas in the back yard that I wanted him to be sure to cover. He said he would, and that was the extent of our conversation. He's a pleasant young man.
I was having a tree trimmed in my yard, so George S had to wait to complete my TruGreen service. George was patient and very accommodating. His demeanor was a credit to the TruGreen company!!
Manuel came to the door to get SPECIFICS on where to aerate and seed instead of assuming. The quality to work was different this time. The dirt/soil was VERY much disturbed this time, AND I could actually SEE where the seed had been dropped. Manuel is my guy, and want him for any future services (IF I ever get services again, LOL). I just wish the services could be right THE FIRST TIME. TruGreen you exhaust me, LOL.
