This is hands down the best groomer I’ve ever used! Super nice people, skilled, caring, patient and so good with my 2 little spoiled brats! I would absolutely refer them to anyone looking for a trustworthy grooming service!

I went into the place of business to ask if they had any availability. The gentleman at the front was so nice and was looking thru the appointment book, they lady in the back scream from the back while grooming a dog, “ We are not taking any new clients, and I’m book till June, with a nasty attitude, I told her I was talking to the gentleman and not her. She put the dog up and I thought she was coming to attack me. She said she was the owner and started calling me a drug addicted, that I look poor, screaming other things I will not repeat, I told her the man was helping she said he was fired! She called the police on me, I told her I would wait till the police bc I did nothing wrong, I went to get a paper towel to wipe my face and she hit me so I did wait on the police! I had been there before but it had been awhile and there was more workers than! Not sure what happened yesterday for her to be so upset like that!!! I AM A BUSINESS OWNER OF SALEM AND A RESIDENT FOR OVER 40 years AND I WILL NEVER ACCEPT ANYONE BEING DISRESPECTFUL TO ME FOR ANY REASON AND I WILL TELL MY STORY! THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL BE DISRESPECTING I did not deserve that and I found out it was her husband at the front and he stood back and did not say anything! I felt bad for him and I will pray she, the owner, has a better day today!!!THANK YOU FOR THE OFFICERS COMING OUT AND BEING SO KIND!!!! #It’s always 2 sides to every story hopefully the husband will tell the true story God knows the truth!

Beautiful people,great prices.My dogs hate getting nail trims but they are patient and gentle with them every time. Try the Temple,you will be glad you did !

My pups love getting groomed here. We get the sanitary trim and baths. The staff is excellent and I love knowing my two are in great hands. They always leave happy, shiny and clean! ?
