Great service at this place. Staff are patient and took the time to answer my questions. Scheduling a delivery of soil was easy and the driver was very friendly and professional. This is easily the best location in roanoke for landscaping material.
I ordered what I thought was native screened topsoil, and it got delivered earlier than I asked for by almost 2 hours. When I saw my receipt after it got delivered, I called and asked why did I get unscreened soil which was what was printed on the receipt. I was told that’s a mistake. You got screened soil, but as I am laying it in my garden beds, what I got was full of lots of big chunks, and I found broken glass in there and chunks of hard black rubber/ plastic, and some rocks and some sticks and asphalt. Picked up a scoop and a half of natural hardwood mulch. Prices are excellent and service is great. I drive from Bent Mountain to them because it’s a much better service and product than local companies. Highly recommended!
