Pivot PT - Salem (Roanoke), an Athletico company

After my snowboarding accident I suffered in Aspen, I made a point to find the best PT facility in Salem (where I live). My time here has been phenomenal. Maddy, I believe was her name, has always been a cheerful and smiling face upon my arrival.

An excellent PT location. Front desk staff is polite, professional, and she took the time to explain everything pertaining to my insurance. I came to Pivot for terrible pain in my traps. Hunter was attentive to my complaints, thorough in his explanation of what he thought was going on, and up front about my recovery process. He explained that dry needling was probably best to assist in my recovery, was upfront about the cost of that service, and was very patient with me as I told him how afraid of needles I am.
