The atmosphere is quiet and calm, providing a peaceful experience for pet owners. Dr. Tammy and Dr. DeRolf are highly recommended, with clients coming from far away to receive their care. The vets and aides clearly enjoy their work and are excellent with their furry patients and their humans. Everything is thoroughly explained, and both pets and their owners are extremely happy to know that the hospital is available if needed. The staff is praised for their care and compassion, especially during the difficult time of having to put a beloved pet to sleep. They take their time, give the family an endless amount of time with their pet, and offer comforting gestures. The veterinarian connects with both the family and the pet, providing a peaceful and caring experience. Clients appreciate the kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful staff, who go above and beyond to accommodate them, even when they make mistakes. I was so thankful DeRolf was able to get us in when my dog developed a UTI while we were traveling. They were able to see us the same day I called, the staff was friendly, they quickly diagnosed my dog's issue, and provided a comprehensive treatment plan. I found their prices to be reasonable compared to what I pay for similar services at home.
It's stressful when your baby isn't feeling well and that feeling is quadrupled when you're hundreds of miles from home. Thank you DeRolf for fitting us in your schedule and quickly getting Daisy on the road to recovery!
I've spent the last 9 or so years with my own pets at DeRolf, and all my prior childhood pets as well. They treat you like one of the family: when you cry, they cry , and they have put so much compassion and genuineness into this office to make your pets feel safe 💜
