I am only giving a two star because the young girl who works here was sweet but I had little interaction with her. The old woman that works is very rude and just instantly cuts you off. I know its a rough economy and people need to work to pay bills but maybe she should consider retirement.
CWS shipped my supplies by USPS. I live in Salem Va. I got my tracking info from CWS after not receiving my package for a week. USPS has been shipping it back and forth between facilities. Shipped on the 11th and today the 19th it’s in Massachusetts. I called CWS and was told that I needed to contact the USPS and get it resolved. CWS is done with my order even though I haven’t physically received it.
Poor customer service. In my option it’s up to CWS to contact Post Office and put in a claim. CWS should reship my items.
What an outstanding experience I have had with Commonwealth in Salem Va. Sara was a gem to work with she was very thorough explaining everything. Kenneth came and set up what needed to be set up at home was polite and professional I could tell he enjoys his job. I had fallen between the cracks at another company and had waited for months with no word. When I reached out to my Dr. her office immediately got in touch with Commonwealth and I was set up and ready to go in a week. I’m very grateful and pleased with Commonwealth home care
