I recently contacted Blue Ridge Monument in Salem, VA while researching headstones for a family member. Although I ultimately went with another company because I needed a faster turnaround, I still wanted to share my positive experience with Blue Ridge.
From the very beginning, Michael, the office manager, was personable, friendly, and easy to talk to. He made the process feel approachable, answered questions thoroughly, and even offered knowledge I wasn't aware of about the installation requirements at my particular churchyard. While I only worked with them up to receiving a quote, I appreciated their professionalism and customer service.
Absolutely the best job that could've been done. My Dad's headstone is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Stan was so amazing to work with. He really did beyond what my vision was. He took so much time with me , gave opinions and suggestions, and the end result is like artwork . It represents my dad's legacy perfect. Please view it on the photos page , Edward Cassity .
