Everyone has been gracious, responsive, timely and always professional. The service provided by all of PestNow's representatives from everyone I spoke with, the folks that answered the phones, the company representative Carrie, and the technician Allan, has been superb. I have happily praised your services to others involved in this process and will continue to do so, along with recommendations. We’ve been using Pest Now of Central Virginia for almost a year now and would highly recommend them for all of your pest control needs. They are friendly, responsive, and respectful! Most of all we haven’t had any issues with insects or rodents since we’ve been using them. Our technician, Austin, goes above and beyond to make sure our home is protected from pest.
Over the past month, we’ve had sales representatives from 2 different pest control companies knock on our door and it feels so nice to stop them before they begin their sales pitch to say we use Pest Now and wouldn’t change for a second.

I just recently moved and highly recommend Pest Now if you have a bug problem. My technician Austin was the absolute Best very knowledgeable about the different bugs and telling me how to keep them out I was hesitant at first thought I would be fighting bugs for months but Austin guaranteed me it wasn’t as bad as I thought and he would get rid of them and he did just that in just a few treatments. He respected my home and small kids by covering his foot wear before entering my house and explaining to me about the different treatments and to keep my baby safe and that was very comforting that he took his time to do things right he was incredible.
