PJ Networks turned a major inconvenience to me with a locked up computer into a first hand experience of their knowledge, concern, and rapid response to leave me very grateful for their services!! Michael, you rock!! You convinced me that you are very capable while being concerned about not only my worry, you also managed my down time and convenience!!!
I had an old laptop and Michael, one of the technicians, was able to retrieve all of my information off of its hard drive. Michael was very helpful in recommending what to look for in purchasing a new laptop. He then transferred the old hard drive information onto my new laptop. All of these services for a very reasonable price.
Michael was very up-front and straightforward about how much time and money it might take to transfer my data. He spoke plainly so that even a non-techy person like me could understand. I will definitely call PJ Networks again if I have any computer problems!
