Maxamus did a phenomenal job installing an appliance that was somewhat difficult to get in place. He demonstrated knowledge, professionalism, and made useful recommendations for future projects. He represented Michael & Son well, and I would enthusiastically work with him again in the future.
Adrian is a pleasure to work with. He is always punctual and professional. Today he had issues beyond his control and handled everything deftly, keeping me informed every step of the way.
Ryan came late on a friday night to fix my leaking water heater. He was very efficient and courteous and cleaned up everything leaving a pristine new 80 gallon water heater in place of my old water heater.
